Here is what you would be doing at UiPath:

  • Responsible for driving operational excellence for the services that a business offers to its customers to deliver an "always on" operation, year-round, at the right cost
  • Uses your knowledge of technology and operational best practices to drive the design, development and implementation of operational standards and capabilities for services that enable highly available, salable & reliable customer experiences
  • Research and develop optimization techniques
  • Design and Implementation of Deployment architecture for the application using CI/CD best practices
  • Developing the monitoring architecture and implementing monitoring agents, dashboards, escalations and alerts etc
  • Work closely with Development team as part of Sprint Planning and scrums
  • Automation Mindset and SDLC implementations for SRE/DevOps Automation
  • Driving root cause analysis (RCA) and risk management processes
  • Driving ongoing improvements and efficiencies in operational practices

What you will bring:

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in software delivery, site reliability and/or database/network administrator for commercial large scale software or services.
  • Technical leadership such as proposing and delivering cross-team projects that significantly improve reliability, reduce cost, save toil, etc
  • Proficient in coding and debugging
  • Excellent at troubleshooting live site issues
  • Deep understanding of at least one public cloud offerings such as Azure, Google Cloud or AWS
  • Excellent communication skills. The person will own communicating complex live site issues and metrics to key internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong background in monitoring, disaster recovery, and automation
  • Experience with Kubernetes and Docker
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud and AWS etc Configuration Mana
