We are looking for an Engineering Manager of System Security and Site Reliability to expand and lead our teams in building secure Couchbase Cloud products. The Engineering Manager treats system operations as a software engineering problem. You will drive the building or integration of security services, tooling, and automation. You will enable Couchbase Cloud Engineering to test, release and scale software securely and predictably. You will evaluate everything we do and everything we want to do through a prism of assurance of confidentiality, integrity, availability, and cost control.
