How you’ll contribute:

  • Have strong automation and test data preparation skillset
  • Design effective integration, system, functional, and application-level test automation
  • Identify dependencies, risks, and defines the overall strategy for testing complex systems or applications
  • Have the ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex problems
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to support and maximize the quality and reliability of TetraScience Platform microservices and customer-facing Web application
  • Review business requirements, specifications, and technical design documents in order to identify product areas that can be automated
  • Create, prioritize and organize automation backlog
  • Utilize QA best practices, patterns, and processes through all the stages of SDLC
  • Maintain traceability of tests to requirements and specifications
  • Maintain a high degree of technical competence with the latest Web, API, and Desktop application testing technologies


  • 5+ years in software QE automation/testing
  • Hands-on experience testing Web applications and RESTful APIs
  • Experience in Python programming
  • Solid experience creating automated test frameworks for web/mobile or other software
  • Experience with continuous integration environments, writing testable software, and TDD/BDD
  • Knowledge of any of the Automation frameworks like Selenium, Cucumber etc.
  • Experience with AWS services
  • Experience working in complex computing environments being able to formulate and implement effective test strategies
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent training, fellowship, or work experience
  • Background in Data Science and Natural Sciences is a plus
