Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Lead the continual design refinement of Cloud infrastructure that is secure, scalable, and highly reliable on AWS
  • Work collaboratively with Product Development team on software testing, releases, and production deployments
  • Manage AWS infrastructure operations, monitoring, and alerting, optimizing native tools in AWS as well as DataDog
  • Manage AWS services including WAF, VPC, ALB, EFS, EBS, EC2, EKS, and RDS
  • Manage TrendMicro set of security tools in production environments
  • Manage Kubernetes Clusters used in non-production and production environments
  • Manage and maintain current FTP software, Crush FTP, running on EC2 instance
  • Troubleshoot problems across a full range of AWS environments and services working with Development, QA, and Architect team members as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar Technical Area
  • 3-5 years of experience in building and maintaining AWS Infrastructure (VPC, WAF, EC2, Security Groups, IAM, EFS, S3, and RDS services)
  • 3-5 years working with Kubernetes (EKS) and Containerized release and deployment technologies
  • 3-5 years working with MS SQL databases
  • 3-5 years in experience in a production AWS infrastructure and DevOps setting
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as DataDog
  • Exposure and general working knowledge fo CICD pipelines, including tools such as CircleCI
  • Certifications such as AWS SysOps Administrator are highly desirable
