Total Expert is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our talented Platform Operations team and be the driving force of improvement of our infrastructure and software through automation, monitoring, performance tuning, and tool creation. The work you do will empower tens of thousands of financial services leaders to help their customers make critical financial decisions that shape their lives.

Exciting work you’ll do:

  • Develop and implement technical efforts to design, build, and deploy applications and service on AWS
  • Troubleshoot incidents, identify contributing factors, fix and document problems, and implement preventive measures
  • Employ exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to see and solve issues before they affect business productivity
  • Promote the integration of new technologies and solutions that will increase velocity and capabilities while effectively managing costs

Requirements

What we look for:

  • 3+ years of experience architecting, designing, developing, and implementing cloud solutions on AWS platforms
  • Ability to prioritize personal work independently while collaborating with a team
  • Experience managing Linux servers at scale, preferably RHEL/AWS Linux
  • Experience managing Operating System configurations in Cloud environments
  • Experience scripting in multiple languages, preferably Python & Bash
  • Experience with git workflows and repository management
  • RDBMS administration, preferably MySQL/MariaDB
  • Passionate about building great products, innovation and solving complex customer problems.
  • Solid track record of building relationships and collaborating at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently paired with a desire to learn and grow.
