We're looking for an experience Test Automation Engineer to join our team and help build a robust test automation suite across our products. You'll work with a broader QA team of automation engineers and manual testers to drive drive the overcall customer experience of the Sine software.

What you'll do

  • Design, develop, and maintain Sine's automated testing framework based on Python and Selenium across all of Sine's products
  • Write tests in Python for our Web Applications, REST APIs and Integrations
  • Contribute to a future-ready, high quality and performant code base
  • Work with Sine's QA team to optimise the QA workflow
  • Work with other test engineers to improve overall software quality including adherence to coding standards, unit testing standards, and related development practices
  • Execute and evaluate test cases and triage test results
  • Contribute to code reviewsDrive continuous improvement and quality across our product suite
  • Advocate and champion modern best practices & techniques
  • Ensure our products meet high security standards

What you'll have

  • Strong proficiency in Python (2+ years minimum)
  • Familiarity with Linux
  • Experience with Git version control
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
  • Great communication skills
  • A thorough understanding of how web applications work
  • Experience with Node.js, Typescript or other statically typed language
  • Experience with Selenium and Selenium Grid
  • Experience with Docker
  • Experience with PostgreSQL or MongoDB (or similar)
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins or Bitbucket)
