Everbridge is in search of a highly skilled, results-oriented technical resource with IT infrastructure experience and a background in software development and deployment. The Software Deployment Specialist works with customers and technical resources to implement and configure a SaaS based  solution. About the Team The Product Delivery & Support team is responsible for providing our customers with all the assistance, guidance, support, and hands-on implementation to get their software solution operational.

What you'll do:

  • Work directly with customers to understand how they will use the Everbridge Suite for deploying an enterprise-level Critical Event Management solution in their environment.
  • Work in a team environment to solve problems, manage customer needs, implement configuration, and deploy components for an enterprise level software solution.
  • Interact directly with technical and non-technical customer stakeholders while guiding or performing highly variable configuration to meet their specific requirements.
  • Provide analysis of a customer’s current processes and recommend solutions to address any gaps in processes.
  • Present in-classroom, instructor-led, lab-centric training following a standard but customizable curriculum.
  • Work with the Deployment Manager to ensure processes, process gates, and security practices are followed.
  • Provide professional services supporting specialized implementations resulting in smooth, well-coordinated projects which meet targeted live dates and budgets.
  • Perform technical configuration and integration tasks required for project completion, set up and configuration.
  • Document all client calls, emails and any other communication and enter the information into the Client Care CRM (Salesforce.com).
  • Ensure proper, proactive, and consistent communication of status to the deliverables.
  • Proactively maintain and forecast billable utilization rate per quarter. 

What you'll bring:

  • Associate or Bachelor of Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering Technology, or equivalent/similar
  • 5+ years relevant experience, including systems / network administration, software development and/or software implementation.
  • Proven ability with the following Microsoft Solution Stack/Tools
  • Project Management/Adaptability - Adapts to change, is open to new ideas, takes on new responsibilities, handles pressure, and adjusts plans to meet changing need.
  • “Hands on” technical experience with IT administration, deployment, and software development
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Strong troubleshooting experience in Enterprise / Corporate environments
  • Expected travel for this position is up to 15%.

Bonus, you have have these skills:

  • Windows Server 2008 / Server 2012 / Server 2016
  • Microsoft SQL Server 2012 / 2014 / 2016 Administration.
  • MS Active Directory
  • PowerShell
  • IIS
  • Experience with Web application support and troubleshooting.
  • Microsoft Certifications an added advantage.
  • Problem Solver - Focusing energy and resources to resolve impactful situations.
  • Technical and management experience in the development and/or maintenance of a software product
  • Business analysis experience
  • Former hands-on development with .NET
