What you'll do:

  • Work with a variety of teams globally on complex projects keeping them on
    track and within budget and reporting what you find to various stakeholders
  • Oversee project management timelines, deliverable, and resource allocation
  • Manage large, fast-paced, and complex programs
  • Documenting project scope, budget, and justification
  • Understanding of project finances (financial statements, budgets, compliance)
    and making sure that deadlines are met and communicate your findings to
  • Coordinating and facilitating meetings and documenting and following up on
    actions and decisions
  • Supporting the program management office on program updates, processes and

What you'll do:

  • 8+ years of experience supporting the PM office handling IT infrastructure
  • Experience in financial, transportation and/or telecommunications industries
  • An Excel ninja who is able to analyze and manipulate large sets of data to
    inform stakeholders including shortcuts and formula functions, building charts
    and graphs, sorting and filtering data, utilizing pivot tables and macros
  • Hands on experience working with Jira including but not limited to creating
    dashboards, setting up JQL filters, reporting metrics, administering Jira boards
  • Experience working with Agile teams (Kanban, Scrum, Lean, etc) with an
    understanding of the agile methodology and ability to work with teams
  • Experience handling infrastructure projects such as data center migration
    /network /firewalls upgrades, deployment/refresh, etc.
  • The entire MS Office suite go-to person (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint,
    SharePoint, Visio, Excel, Teams and Project)
  • Great written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proven track record of leading projects at times of change
  • Able to demonstrate bringing teams together toward a common goal who are
    not directly reporting to the project manager
  • Able to demonstrate the ability to work in a high-pressure environment while
    juggling multiple tasks
  • Demonstrate good time management, ability to prioritize tasks and to meet
    deadlines across multiple projects
  • Must have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • A confident and articulate self-starter
  • A team player with a high level of commitment and enthusiasm

 It'll be good if you have:

  • Experience with technology deployments/migrations and decommissioning
    offices and data centers
  • Six Sigma, Black Belt Certified
