ABOUT THE ROLEPassionate about working with servers that handle a large player-base? Do you want to automate all-the-things?
As a DevOps Engineer, you will take ownership of our server infrastructures running in AWS. We take pride in building highly scalable and reliable systems, and you’ll work closely with the backend engineering team to ensure a high level of availability for our games.


  • Troubleshoot live server issues and establish best-practices to prevent future incidents.
  • Maintain our monitoring and alerting system for our game servers.
  • Deploy new software and any associated configurations.
  • Develop easy-to-use tooling to automate all-the-things.


  • Solve challenging live server issues in a timely manner.
  • Write clean and re-usable code.
  • Enjoy working in a small-team environment that ships frequent, small iterations.
  • Comfortable with Linux system administration and some DBA operations.
  • Familiarity with working in the cloud (e.g. AWS, Google App Engine).
  • Be part of the weekly on-call rotation to support the very few critical production issues.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience.


  • Worked in large scale systems.
  • Used any configuration management system (e.g. Puppet, Ansible).
  • Familiar with Docker/ECS.
  • Know the TCP stack like the back of your hand.
