Our vertically integrated engineering team works on algorithms, ASICs, hardware, firmware, cloud software, and mobile applications to deliver products that customers love. The Role:
· Deploy, monitor, and support AWS resources for design teams.
· Write applications to monitor service health, perform log analysis, and automate recovery
· Propose, evaluate, and implement improvements to existing AWS infrastructure.
· Work with the latest AWS technology and tools with access to all of Amazon’s internal resources.
· Work with design staff to deploy and support CAD/CAM applications.
· Provide front-line support to users on design teams for issues related to AWS infrastructure.

Basic Qualifications

· 5+ years Linux Sys Admin/DevOps experience
· 3+ years AWS experience (EC2, IAM, S3, CloudFormation, Cloudwatch)
· Experience using modern SCM tools such as Git, Gerrit, Confluence, Jira, Bamboo
· Experience in at least one modern programming language such as C, C++, Java, or Python
· Experience in Linux development environments and AWS Infrastructure and tools.
· Experience in managing complex build systems within a Continuous Integration setup.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in test automation in a Continuous Integration setup.
· Experience supporting a multi-site development organization.
· Experience with evaluating and integrating open source and in-house developed toolsets.
· Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, evaluate alternatives, and develop processes and tools as needed to support the organization.
· Knowledge of distributed computing environments (Slurm, LSF, Torque)
