Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) professionals are engineers who specialize in reliability and resiliency with the right mix of knowledge and skills in software and systems. They are responsible to analyze business needs, problem determination, advise & design, build, test, deploy, changes and maintenance of a well engineered information system and ecosystems.
Your Role and Responsibilities
Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) ensures that the designed solution responds to non-functional requirements such as availability, performance, security, and maintainability. They also work with release engineers to ensure that the software delivery pipeline is as efficient as possible.
- It is a skill set needed in each squad, SRE brings a strong engineering focus to operations, put their energy on preventing incidents, automation frameworks, self-service infrastructure, logging and metrics, and operational scorecards.
- Their responsibilities could include high availability, rate limiting, zero downtime deployment, performance, resiliency and serviceability.
- Integrated in DevOps squads, SRE members specialize in non-functional aspects.
- Central SRE Organization & tools include: logging, monitoring, event mgmt, notification, Runbook Automation, ChatOps, Root Cause Analysis
We are searching people motivated to develop SRE Skillset in IBM Cloud Platforms (Hybrid ones).

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Engineer's Degree or Bachelor Degree in STEM disciplines specially graduated in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering or Software engineering.
Spanish and English Fluent
Authorize to work in Spain
Recent graduate or not more than 2-3 years of experience.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Knowledge and experience in Cloud Platforms and Devops
