Our Technical Account Manager team executes upon a wide variety of customer technical enablement efforts, ensuring they launch UiPath successfully, adopt it widely and are continually driving business value from UiPath. The Technical Account Manager is entrusted with some of UiPath’s largest and most strategic customers, working with stakeholders across all parts of the business and at all levels. 
We're open to candidates based in any of the following cities: São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais, Porto Alegre. Please note the role is remote and some travel may be required.

This is what you will do at UiPath:

  • Provide technical guidance to UiPath customers in the form of infrastructure reviews, installation and upgrade support, and other deployment assistance
  • Design system architecture tailored towards the client’s requirements
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, while working with diverse audiences including highly technical IT professionals, developers and architects
  • Manage and escalate crisis situations that may involve technically challenging issues and diverse audiences
  • Develop a deep understanding of the UiPath Platform and its functionalities
  • Learn and utilize exciting new technologies and how they integrate with UiPath
  • Build solution blueprints and technical documentation 
  • Regularly update and improve training materials
  • Document solutions and maintain best practices
  • Remain up to date on product releases, roadmap, and act on them (from product to customers - education, from customers to product - feedback and feature requests)
  • Eager to learn new technologies related to Hyper automation, e.g., Process Mining, Document Understanding, Software Testing, coding, etc.

This is what you will bring to UiPath:

  • Strong Windows Server, SQL Server, and Active Directory experience 
  • Knowledge of network protocols, network administration and network security as they relate to cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with application management and providing high availability and resilient solutions using clustering, failover, or other methods
  • Highly desirable knowledge of Linux-based systems administration (Kubernetes experience is a plus)
  • Desirable knowledge of ITIL and industry best practices
  • Virtualization experience using VMWare, Hyper-V, Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop
  • Experience with workstation management systems and desktop imaging
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (Spanish is desirable)
  • Flexibility to work over nonbusiness hours based on a prescheduled agenda
  • Good communicator, responsive, friendly
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Any of this is a plus: Kubernetes, AWS, GCP or Azure, PowerShell scripting, experience
  • Experience in customer support or customer service desired
  • Fluency in languages other than English highly desired
  • Previous experience working with any RPA Platform, such as, Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism preferred
