For our 500+ customers, Mode is the central place where data experts and domain experts can come together to make sense of data at the rapid pace of business today.

Mode is looking to hire a Sr. Product Manager for the DevOps team, which owns Mode’s cloud platform and infrastructure. We also support build processes and deployment pipelines for the software engineering team at large.

  • Conduct internal user, customer, and market research and identify opportunities to improve the product
  • Work cross-functionally across the organization and with a security focus to effectively bring new functionality to market
  • Define and monitor service metrics and cloud infrastructure costs, using data to recommend improvements
  • Collaborate outside of the software development teams to ensure that our tools support all teams deploying code to the cloud

What we look for

  • Product management experience with DevOps, internal tooling, or developer experience teams
  • Careful and flexible thought on prioritization, tradeoffs and the user experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience working on data or analytics products
  • Familiarity with common analytics tools: SQL, Python, Excel, etc.
  • Experience working on Enterprise B2B products
