We seek a highly motivated and engaged Working Student for our Office IT team. As a Working Student in our Munich office, you will have the opportunity to work with hardware, networks, and procurement.
As the Working Student in our Office IT Team, you will assist our Office IT Lead in setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware and software. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated by working with people. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in English and German are a must.

What we are looking for
- A great deal of empathy and willingness to communicate with people at all levels
- Driven to learn new things
- Ability to clean, install and troubleshoot various operating systems, mainly MacOS and Windows; experience with Linux as a bonus
- Basics of network management
- English and German languages at working proficiency (written and spoken)
- You will be working 80% of your time in the Munich office, close to Frauenhoferstraße
Here's what you'll do
- Help with hardware provisioning and de-provisioning for on/offboarding
- Maintenance of the inventory of employee hardware as well as office hardware
- Maintain a good level of technical office supplies such as cables and adapters
- Help manage the office networking (Wifi & Wired)
- Build creative solutions, sometimes soldering together wires to make the work environment in our Munich office exceptional
