What you will do

  • Use quantitative and qualitative tools to understand consumer behavior to
    help define brand, marketing & product strategy
  • Create data-driven prioritization mechanisms with clear visibility to upside, driving alignment across groups and ensuring we’re focused on the largest opportunities
  • Lead optimization efforts with insights, timely results of A/B & MVT tests, and detailed post impact analysis that provides clear understanding
    with next step recommendations
  • Design and create reports that evaluate product performance and identify
    key areas for improvement
  • Work with product managers to implement required analytics stories with the
    detail that bridges the gap between marketing and IT professionals
  • Design, manage, and execute the analytics solution for upmost accuracy and
    usefulness with best-in-class data processing and classification
  • Clearly articulate analysis and recommendations to internal and external
    stakeholders

Why we will love you

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in an analytics role (2-3 years of web analytics).
  • Highly proficient in Adobe data access tools (Workspace, Report Builder, Data Warehouse)
  • Proficient in Excel and VBA; experience with other tools a plus (SQL, Power
    BI)
  • Experience successfully implementing a web analytics solution and an
    understanding of app SDK implementation strategy
  • Understanding of tag management best practices (Tealium, Launch, GTM)
    with basic script knowledge (HTML, JavaScript, JSON, Regex, CSS Selectors,
    jQuery).
  • Leader in web analytics design (e.g. classifications, processing rules, custom
    variables and metrics, merchandising eVars, incrementor metrics, listVars,
    )
  • Excellent communication skills with PowerPoint proficiency
  • Ability to learn quickly, think strategically and tackle open-ended problems
  • Proven ability to take the lead on projects and execute on deliverables in a
    timely manner
