The Challenge
We are looking for a part time Webmaster to join our oak9 team. This person will be responsible for supporting oak9’s digital experience and website operations . In this role, you will manage our web properties and ensure that they run smoothly for customers, partners, and employees. Additionally, you will monitor oak9’s search engine performance by analyzing functionality, speed, and design. This position works closely between Marketing and DevOps to support all website operations.
This is role will require 10-20 hours of work per week.
The Responsibilities
- Support website operations, planning and deployment
- Execute website content updates through oak9 CMS
- Identify and troubleshoot problems (layout, design, usability, bugs, etc.)
- Collaborate with oak9ers and 3rd party agencies to develop, build, and launch website initiatives
- Work closely with oak9 DevOps to ensure website performance
- Assist oak9 marketing with related marketing automation initiatives
- Ensure oak9’s marketing tech stack is integrated and optimized
- Provide regular analysis, updates, and improvement recommendations
The Skillset
- 5+ years WordPress administration experience
- Expert in building and managing WordPress CMS
- Expert in managing, creating, analyzing, and reporting on Google Analytics and website traffic
- Experience with responsive/mobile web development
- Proficient in CSS, HTML, HTML 5, XML, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP
- Familiar with websites hosted onApache
- SEO experience for optimization of web pages and user flow
- Solid knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., Hubspot,Marketo etc.)
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects
- Self-directed and solutions-oriented
- Passion for digital experience and agile work environments
