The mission of the CFO organization is to enable Point72’s business goals through world class processes, technology, and leadership. We work closely with each line of business and senior leadership of the firm, and are directly responsible for all global finance functions, treasury, financing, broker relations, and facilities and global real estate.
What you’ll do
As Warsaw Business Lead, you will report directly to the firm’s Chief Financial Officer, and in conjunction with CFO leadership, oversee the employees, performance and level of service provided by the Finance, Valuation, Treasury and Facilities teams based in Warsaw. You will develop strategies to enhance employee productivity and engagement, and lead strategic CFO initiatives to support the firm’s growth in existing and emerging businesses.
Productivity & Oversight

Oversee Warsaw-based CFO functions (30+ people) in a matrix reporting model to ensure SLAs and deliverables are met in a timely and efficient manner

Establish best practices to drive a high-performance and professional office culture, including reporting on productivity and key performance indicators through dashboard management

Establish a strong service culture oriented towards meeting CFO leadership and global businesses directives, developing strategies to efficiently manage workload

Create synergy and enhance partnership across US and Warsaw locations

Facilitate collaboration and strengthen working relationships within CFO teams and other Point72 departments in Warsaw

Engage with CFO and Warsaw leadership on performance management

Lead by example and coach on key behaviors to drive results
- Contribute to training and development of teams
- Support employee ownership of career development and internal mobility
- Partner with Warsaw recruiting to build high performing and collaborative teams
Process & Technology
- Focus on continuous process improvement, identifying areas of opportunity for CFO functions to innovate workflow, automate manual tasks and strengthen the control environment
- In partnership with CFO Innovation, design and execute strategies to enhance analytics, controls, and reporting
- Manage the planning and execution of cross-functional initiatives as needed by CFO leadership
What’s required

Demonstrated leadership and engagement skills to drive organizational excellence and foster a culture of innovation and performance

Demonstrated experience implementing process improvements and technology solutions focusing on controls and efficiencies

Approximately 10+ years of relevant management experience in accounting or financial services. Candidates with fewer years but measurable achievements in building high-performance teams may be considered

Experience collaborating with a wide range of partners and promoting a team-oriented environment
- A structured, strategic thinker comfortable with tackling complex problems
- The ability to inspire and create a positive culture of collaboration, partnership, and inclusion
- An inquisitive and analytical mindset with the ability to present conclusions and recommendations in a compelling manner
