Due to extensive growth we are looking for a Warehouse & Dispatch 3IC to join our fast paced & fun team!
THIS ROLE ENTAILS:
- Managing the dispatch of orders International & Australian
- Delegating tasks & assisting the Warehouse Manager with managing the team of 40+
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Using our dispatching systems to fulfil & ship orders
- Stock-take & receiving stock
- Returns
- The role is not desk bound & probably 80% or more of the dispatch managers time is spent moving on their feet
- Some heavy lifting involved (moving incoming stock & organising stock)
- Quality control (QC)
Requirements
- Previous management skills of dispatch or retail store
- Ability to motivate and drive day-to-day picking, packing and processing of orders with precision
- Strong organisational skills, ability to multi-task, show initiative & think quickly
- Experience in a fast paced working environments & ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Available to work full time
- Comprehensive computer skills
- Positive, upbeat, can do attitude
- Interested in online fashion & the fashion industry
