UX Researcher

We are looking for a UX Researcher to join our team. The person on this role will work closely with designers, product managers, and development teams to improve the user experience of cyber protection products (B2C & B2B). In this role, you will help other departments understand the needs and problems of users. You will be responsible for the entire research process and together with designers you will create product recommendations & improvements. We are looking for a mixed method UX Researcher with knowledge about pros and cons of both quantitative and qualitative research methods.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead the entire research process: defining requirements, creating research tools, recruiting participants, conducting research, creating conclusions and recommendations, communicating insights from research
• Cooperate with UX Design, Product Management, and Marketing teams to identify research topics and work on product recommendations based on research insights
• Select the appropriate research method and research group to the project
• Synthesize knowledge from different sources
• Identify and communicate product opportunities based on insights gathered
• Improve the research process - find new methods, tools and approaches to research
• Educate about UX Research value and impact to your stakeholders

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• 2+ years of work experience in conducting user research
• Bachelor’s/MS in human sciences (sociology, anthropology, psychology), or equivalent work experience
• Working knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies (pros, cons & limitations), behavioral analysis and basic statistics
• Understanding of product development cycle
• Prior experience of cooperating with design and product teams to identify appropriate areas of research and implement product improvements
• Experience in conducting UX Research for international audience
• Excellent communication skills & team-player attitude
• Good command of written and spoken English
