Responsibilities:
• Maintain electronic filing systems for records.
• Answer routine phone calls and emails and forward it to the appropriate party
• Reply and attach files to incoming messages
• E-fax documents
• Use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications
• Update client's forms in accordance with company procedures
Requirements
• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to observe US Eastern Time Zone
