This role provides a great foundation for a successful Cover Whale career. You'll assist our agency partners and policyholders with a variety of needs, including product support, billing inquiries, quoting, policy changes, and cancellation requests. This is a critical, customer-facing role where you will engage with customers over the phone, email, and chat to deliver a world-class service experience.Please note: This is an on-site role with the requirement to be in the office at least 4 times per week, with a schedule of 11:00 am-8:00 pm ET. The schedule is subject to change per business need within 3 to 6 months of employment.Requirements
Education and Experience:
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, and
2+ years of insurance experience is required.
