  • SALARY: $140,000 – $165,000/yr

Requirements

As a Senior Product Manager, you will report to the Head of Product and help drive the roadmap and product strategy for Treasure. You will collaborate cross-functionally with the executive, engineering, design, sales, marketing, customer success, compliance, and investment teams to imagine the future of how SMBs manage cash.
 
The ideal candidate has experience in an early stage startup environment and is a highly versatile individual who thrives on operating under highly rewarding but rapidly changing circumstances. About you

    • You have 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
    • You’re a self-starter and are able to identify and solve problems with little guidance.
    • You obsess over constant product improvements and solving user problems.
    • You’re skilled at balancing competing priorities and driving consensus around trade-off decisions.
    • You are able to flow between thinking creatively and analytically, and between high-level strategy and detail-oriented execution.
    • You have strong interpersonal & communication skills, able to speak comfortably with everyone on the team from executives, to engineers, to designers, to legal & compliance leaders, to end usersYou thrive on a small team where you can make a big impact.
    • You are confident in your skills and experience but also have the intellectual curiosity to continue learning and developing your personal and professional toolkit.
    • You can clearly articulate user needs, your decisions, and your rationale for them. Ideally, you have a background in fintech, or have experience working with business finances.

Responsibilities

    • Understand our product vision, continually iterating & refining it based on user insights.
    • Prioritize and drive backlogs, balancing strong foundations for future development, solving the most meaningful user needs, and getting solutions into users’ hands as quickly as possible.
    • Work cross-functionally to take new products & features to market that measurably address user needs and/or business goals.
    • Translate product direction into actionable pieces of work, with well-defined specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
    • Build a deep understanding of our users and the problems that SMBs face, creating innovative solutions from a place of empathy.
    • Define success metrics, constantly measuring the impact of the team’s work and of our new features to facilitate data-informed decisions.
