As a Transfer Pricing Controller, you belong to Group Chief Accountant`s team and will be responsible for all transfer pricing activities in Nortal Group.
In this role you will get to:
- Oversee and develop efficient transfer pricing policy and processes in Nortal Group
- Define and update intragroup transaction types and pricing rules
- Compile intracompany transactions pricing
- Compile intracompany service fee calculations (incl. software development, management, and shared services fees) and provide info for invoicing
- Compile group entity's functional analyses, mapping risks, assets, functions
- Keep Group TP policy compliant and related legal & tax requirements incorporated in all countries Nortal operates in
- Compile and process intra-agreements and transaction confirmations
- Compile and submit TP documentation (incl group Master File and local Country Files) timely
- Manage benchmark studies with external consultants
- Provide information to auditors and tax revisions
- Monitor and optimize the intracompany balances reconciliation process during the monthly closing
- Take ownership of constant improvement of knowledge
What helps you to succeed:
- 3+ years of experience in the Transfer Pricing area in an international organization
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar
- Fluency in Estonian and English both verbal and written
- Excellent MS Excel and math skills, capacity to write SQL queries is considered as an advantage
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- High level of responsibility, business acumen, detail orientation, and strong analytical skills
- Self-starting and achievement-oriented personality
- Tolerance of routine and fluctuating workload
