Training Specialist

We are now looking for a true team player to join our global Enablement and Training Team as a Training Specialist, with the mission of enabling Users to get the most out of M-Files through high-value learning experiences.

Requirements

In this versatile role your duties and key day-to-day tasks will include:

• Planning and executing engaging M-Files training sessions for M-Files customers in the EMEA region
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues to identify and respond to challenges, trends, emerging technology, and best practices
• Drive global initiatives in that drive user adoption and ensure change leadership support within our customers

In addition to your highly motivated and experienced teammates you will work closely with our customer success organization, sales, marketing, and international product organization to develop and improve M-Files training experiences.

What we expect from you:

• An attitude of success in your daily work, curiosity, and the will to learn and try new things
• Experience in designing and executing engaging learning experiences in both onsite and online environments
• Excellent interpersonal communication, facilitation and presentation skills
• Fluency in English
• Finnish, Swedish, German, and other languages are considered an asset
• A relevant degree or certification
• Working knowledge of Windows-based environments and Microsoft Office applications

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Market intelligence - be the expert on our users, who they are, how they use M-Files and what motivates them
• Proficiency with creating written and video content to compliment trainer-led deliveries and support self-reliant learners
• Experience or education in change leadership or user adoption

In Finland we have offices in Tampere, Espoo, and Lappeenranta. Your preferred location would be one of those cities, but we are flexible with the location. Even with the flexible remote working policies, this position requires traveling, occasionally abroad as well.
