The Training Specialist will deal with daily traning&TMOD activities per business need of Benecke Changshun Eco Trim (Changzhou) Co., Ltd.
Main Tasks,
1.Responsible for plant training structure establishment to meet business needs
2.Coordinate with deparment training requirements to build annual training plan
3.Training plan implementation
4.Qualify internal and external trainer/training agency
5.Be able to deliver courses as an internal trainer, such as: presentation skill, problem solving, 5S, basic leadership and so on.
6.Organize Promotion Training for shopfloor employees
7.Support audit training related and follow up audit improvement actions
8.Maintain training related documentation, such as training record, training videos, training material and other accompanying documents
9.Fulfill other tasks assigned by supervisor
1.Bachelor degree, majored in HR management or related area.
2.Five years working experience or above, 1-2 years in TMOD and ER area .
3.Good Microsoft office skills
4.Motivated, self driven, patient, circumspective.
5.Good communication skill , and good team player.
6.HR projects experience,work in international company, be able to communication with global HR team with intercultural understanding
