•Receive and review verification documents to evaluate suitability

•Administer psychometric and other tests

•Submit the details of qualified applicants to Drivers Onboarding Manager

•Create and communicate tests schedules to the applicants

•Research and recommend new ways for the verification and testing of candidates

• Keep abreast of existing/new vehicle, market, and safety practices and risks

• Interacting effectively with relevant MAX team members to refine and understand the requirements for candidates

•Developing testing techniques through sourcing or hand crafting techniques

•Documenting and evaluating test results

•Research and suggest new ideas and anticipate future threats and opportunities

•Support in the building of a strong Riders workforce/community

●Use shared databases or software to access, review and input new hires’ information.

•Implement stated team and company strategies, goals, objectives and procedures

•Optimise processes for effective and efficient budget use

•Research and develop training programs

•Prepare classroom curricula, lectures, demonstrations and presentations

● Track candidate's progress within the onboarding program

● Conduct orientation trainings to inform new hires about company policies and procedures

● Schedule meetings between new hires and supervisors, project managers to provide formal introductions during orientation.

● Handle candidate's queries about regulations and benefits.

● Schedule and manage the handover between new hires and Asset Management

● Assist with activation processes.

•Develop and suggest creative Onboarding strategies, tactics, funnels and procedures, etc

•Use appropriate methods, frameworks to onboard candidates.

•Assist and represent when line manager is unavailable

• Facilitate and monitor the implementation of standardized onboarding processes.

● Adhere to all internal policies and legal standards.

● Update antiquated systems

● Design competency based systems.

● Work with technical team to design, integrate and implement software systems for better efficiency.

● Supervise the work of junior team members

● Prepare a report on a weekly basis for the tasks completed or in progress.

•Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.

•Develop and implement databases, collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality

•Acquire data from primary or secondary data resources and maintain databases/data systems

•Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.

•Filter and "clean" data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.

•Work with line manager to prioritize business and information needs• Constantly update and maintain an internal candidate (successful and unsuccessful) database

•Prepare periodic and analytical reports for supervisor to show tasks in progress, number of candidates searched, found and recruited

•Keep record of individual performance at each level of Onboarding test

•Strong interpersonal and communication(written and oral) skills


Requirements

•A degree in related fields, minimum of a HND

•Proven experience working in / knowledge of a recruitments or analyst role

•Demonstrated high computer literacy: particularly with programmes in Microsoft Office

•1 year and above work experience

•Problem Solving, Multi-tasking skills

•Reasonable degree of Computer literacy

•Good analytical skills•A challenging and enquiring mind•Attention to detail and tenacity

•Detail oriented

•Ability to work in teams and network

•An ability to prioritise, plan and organise work in a busy environment

•Record/book keeping skills•

Ability to make discretionary judgment and to manage and impart confidential information
