Remote opportunity for a Trainer to support the nationwide rollout of net2phone systems (VoIP, Auto Attendant, Admin Console, Contact Center, Integrated voice, video & chat). Training will be via MS Teams and will be training non-technical users.
Responsibilities:
- Keeping team aware of the schedule and upcoming events
- Working with existing and self-created training materials - some enhancements may be needed to make it more user friendly
- Training could be group or one on one
- Online training
- Training across different time zones (PST, MT, CST, EST)
- Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional Training / Technical Training experience
- Solid VoIP phone systems training experience
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Remote training experience

- Key areas:
- Auto Attendant
- Admin Console
- Understand call flow – configuring call flows, making changes, setting business hours (open/close times), creating ring groups, paging groups, managing phone extensions, and setting up receptionist voicemail boxes.
- Managing users, extensions
- Desk phones, understanding inbound calls, transfers, parking calls, placing calls on hold
- Intercom and Paging
- Softphone / Desktop phone experience also very nice to have
