Your new role
You will be joining us as a a trainee where you will be taught how to :
Assist our clients with their travel enquiries over the phone & via email. The scope of the role covers not only flights but a range of other travel products such has hotels, car hire & rail. You will provide a professional consultancy service for all clients, anticipating their needs and offering a range of solutions to exceed their expectations, starting from their initial enquiry to final booking by converting general enquiries into bookings. Your main duty will be to deliver an outstanding customer journey on every contact ensuring the highest level of customer service is always offered.
What you need to succeed
You must be a clear and confident communicator with confidence in dealing with people at all levels. You'll need to possess great organization and time management skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Essential
• Customer service experience
• IT & Computer literate with experience of email and web based programs
• The ability to work under pressure, in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• The ability to Understand our clients needs and requirements.
