Traffic Manager

 

As a Traffic Manager, you will work closely with art directors, copywriters, designers, creative strategists and also the Strategy Team to provide project management, coordination, communications, and reporting rigor in the workflow for all jobs in support of marketing asset creation.

You will play crucial role in bridging the gap between multiple departments and teams including but not limited to Marketing & Sales and Production

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

  • Oversee the intake process and align timelines with Marketing & Sales teams
  • Set up and monitor schedules, alerting management and teams to any foreseen issues
  • Monitor active, project statuses and deadlines across the team, utilizing information to update management on resource availability and/or constraints
  • Distribute assignments
  • Partner with management in the development of metrics, track progress, and create reports to ensure objectives are met
  • Manage bottlenecks, process of internal approvals and upcoming project deadlines across teams
  • Identify potential weak points in processes and find efficiencies

 

Required Technical and Professional Expertise are

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Proven track record of organizational, project management, time management, and administration skills
  • Solid people management and communication skills
  • Good understanding of the creative and production process
  • Excellent attention to detail and tenacity in following up
  • Great stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in English

 

Not a must, but better if

  • Experience working on traffic or project management for both B2C and B2B industries
  • Experience working in a creative agency, branding agency, or marketing agency
