Test and Laboratory Technician

£20,000 – 25,000 + benefits

As Test and Laboratory Technician, you’ll execute engineering tests as described within written test specifications. The test scope covers, but is not limited to: new machine features, machine reliability, machine trial preparation, machine field support, commissioning, verification and validation. As Test and Laboratory Technician, you’ll also includes assist with the smooth running of the laboratory and workshop.

SC+ is commercially available in the UK for home and hospital use and is FDA cleared for use in chronic and acute care settings.


Requirements

As the preferred candidate for Test and Laboratory Technician you’ll have:

  • Experience in an engineering lab environment with practical experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and fluidic systems.
  • Practical engineering experience including the use of some or all of the following: multi-meters, oscilloscopes, thermometers, data-loggers
