Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar capacity
• Ability to familiarize with a system and document it from a user perspective
• Ability to use Word at a proficient level (i.e. understand styles etc)
• Experience working with tools such as MadCap Flare
• Experience in migrating documentation to a more modern and flexible platform
• BA experience would be an added advantage

Responsibilities

• New end-user documentation and help for Reporting, Occurrences, Search
• New Administrator documentation and help for Reporting, Occurrences, Form Design, BI Design
• Updated end-user documentation and help for Impacted Functions
• New embedded help documentation for Mobile application
