We are looking for an administration specialist who will work in the administration side of our client's service business. This person must have a high attention to detail as they will be heavily involved with the invoicing of our client's service customers.


  • Processing Technicians Job cards Invoicing customers.
  • Preparing quotes for laser tubes
  • Managing installation paperwork for new laser installations
  • Stock management in ERP system
  • Processing RMA parts and stock transfers
  • Management of CRM as appropriate (Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, keeping accounts up to date)
  • Participating in service meetings as required
  • Adhering to all relevant OH&S principles
  • Maintaining customer confidentiality
  • Custom reports when required
  • Applying payments
  • Cycle count
  • Data administration and investigation

Requirements

  • Experience with invoicing and job card processing
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and SAP will be advantageous
  • Experience working with Australian companies/clients is preferred
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Patience when handling/ processing tough cases
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence on the phone
  • Work schedule in the first 6 to 8 weeks will be 8 hrs./day, 4x a week then will be subject to client's assessment for full time working schedule

SALARY RANGE: PHP 25,000 – 35,000
