The role & the team
As a Senior Frontend Engineer - Team Lead in one of our multidisciplinary autonomous Scrum teams you will develop modern applications for our products by using state of the art technologies. You will guide your team by analyzing and implementing new features focusing on our Sportsbook platform which includes a variety of services. More specifically, you will participate in the requirements elicitation, technical analysis and in collaboration with UI/UX designers you will have the opportunity to offer the best experience to our customers. Together with the Principal Engineer and the rest of your team members, you will be responsible for the full development cycle of new features and take ownership of the applications the team has created.
Equally important, you will lead your fellow software engineers by developing their skills and fostering a culture of open communication and support as well as acting as a point of contact for key stakeholders.
You will join an autonomous Agile team and work closely with the Product Owner, Agile Delivery Lead, SET and other Software Engineers to create a competitive advantage for Kaizen and offer a unique online experience to our customers.

VueJS v.3, MVC (razor), VueX, Typescript, Tailwind, Storybook, Jest, REST API, Microservices, Containers.
Who you are
You are a professional with significant experience in a modern JavaScript framework (Angular, Vue, or React), and you have been exposed to all levels of the testing pyramid. What’s different about you is that you have a deep understanding of software architecture.
Equally important is your broad knowledge of Javascript, client libraries and frameworks, web performance and security.
Having experience in distributed applications that are secure, can scale and are highly available, automated CI/CD pipelines and knowledge of TypeScript or back-end components written in C# and .NET Core would also be a huge plus.
You love coaching other software engineers and your passion is to lead a software development team to perform at its best!
