ABOUT THE JOB:

We are looking for qualified candidates to lead our team to the next level and provide effective guidance. They will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis. As a team leader, you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. Ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
  • Set clear team goals
  • Oversee day-to-day operation
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics
  • Discover training needs and provide coaching
  • Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
  • Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a team lead or Supervisor
  • High Quality Performance
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Calmly attempts to resolve and de-escalate any issues
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Decision-making skills
  • Proven oral & written communication skills
  • Work from our Belize office

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 6 months customer service experience required (ex. receptionist, community service, retail, front end restaurant, telemarketing, etc.);
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required;
  • Amazing customer support presence (people can literally hear you smiling);
  • Proven ability to work as a member of a team is required;
  • Must be able to type a minimum of 30 WPM;
  • Excellent experience using computers and the company's apps
