TSM (tsm.gg) is a world-recognized leader in esports with multiple top-ranked competitive teams, including the most notable League of Legends team who has won 7 LCS Championships, more than any other organization. Originally founded in 2009 by Andy Dinh and Dan Dinh, we now have 16+ competitive teams in addition to League of Legends, including Fortnite, Valorant, Apex, Rainbow 6 and more. We also have one of the largest networks of streamers on Twitch.tv (Subsid. Amazon). Overview

Reporting to the VP of Global Sales, the Strategic Sales Director will be a key member of the TSM sales team responsible for generating new revenue through the sale of corporate partnerships. The Strategic Sales Director will be responsible for outreach, structuring and closing global deals with major brands for TSM, the world’s most valuable esports organization, and Blitz, one of the top training applications in gaming. 

You are a self-starter with C-level relationships. You have a strong knowledge of the sports and/or esports sponsorship and digital marketing landscape. You have experience in lead generation, building relationships with senior brand executives, understanding brand marketing objectives, creating customized and compelling pitches, presenting and securing 6 and 7 figure partnerships.  

What You’ll Do

  • Drive the end-to-sales sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation for TSM and Blitz partnerships
  • Educate brands on esports and the TSM and Blitz value propositions
  • Create and present bespoke pitch decks
  • Collaborate with other departments to build and execute complex deals that impact every aspect of the organization
  • Innovate new sellable assets to take to market 
  • Provide regular and accurate pipeline updates 
  • Be accountable for personal revenue targets and contribute to team goals for one of the premier brands in esports 

What It Takes to be Successful

  • 5+ years of experience in brand direct partnerships, sponsorship, and digital and global sales.
  • Strong sponsorship sales and digital media experience
  • Experience in outreach/closing large brand partnerships
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinker, self starter with strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Team player with a solutions-oriented approach
  • Capable of adapting quickly an industry that is constantly evolving
  • Broad base of direct C-level relationships at major brands 
  • Ability to manage and maximize agency collaborations
  • Understanding of competitive esports, gaming, and influencer landscape is preferred

Pay and Benefits

  • Annual salary range: $190k-208k USD + bonus

Salary for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
