We are seeking a results-driven strategic accounts manager to manage our key accounts portfolio.
🎯Mission and responsibilities :
- Create, drive and increase revenue within a strategic accounts portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-Level, Executive Management, and various stakeholders within each account
- Develop account management plan for upsell and retention strategy
- Generate leads and chase qualified business opportunities
- Suggest innovative solutions to meet client needs
- Own the sales cycle from pipeline building to forecasting and deal-closing
🌟Role requirements
Hard skills:
- Significant experience in a Strategic Account Management role selling SaaS solution with a customer-oriented approach
- A proven history of closing 6 figure deals
- Ability to generate business leads for upsell
- Be a Deal-closer
- Ability to build relationships with clients and collaborate with internal Business Development, Marketing, Pre-Sales, CSM, to win a deal
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce or HubSpot)
