About the role:

The design team is growing! We're looking for a Senior Visual Designer for Marketing and someone who can tell a story visually that drives customer engagement. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, loves their craft, and has a meticulous eye for detail. Design and this role specifically is an integral part of defining and evolving Craft’s brand and the stories we share externally and internally.

What you’ll do:

Set direction and drive all design efforts for Marketing and Sales initiatives (emails, website, social, one-pagers, presentations, branding, etc)
Play a key role in the vision for marketing at Craft and how we represent ourselves to the world
Create and set design standards for marketing and web
Prioritizing, tracking, and setting expectations for competing priorities
Execute beautiful design solutions to the business problems we’re solving for
Champion design across the organization and ensure people are following the standards
Collaborate with partners throughout the company to ensure we’re thinking and designing for the entire customer journey

Who you are:

5+ years of experience in design or a related fieldPassion for design and a drive to build best-in-class solutions for customers
A strong eye for design and meticulous attention to detail
The ability to articulate and present your ideas in clear, concise communication
Put the audience at the center of decision making to provide solutions that take into account a customers journey from awareness to adoption at each touchpoint
Strong team player. You’re a great listener, able to facilitate discussion and move diverse opinions towards clear decisions
Proficient with design tools ( Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc)
