Job Title: Sr. LATAM Regional Retail Manager

Reports To: Head of Latam

Department: Latam             

Location: Field, preferred South Florida  

FLSA Status: Exempt

 

SUMMARY

 

 

As the Leader of the Retail Channel for the Latam Region, you will be responsible for both Latam Distributors and Crocs’ Brazil subsidiary. Review and assess current retail reporting standards, develop, or improve guidelines, direct the implementation of Power BI (analytics) and start tracking Retail KPIs and store performance. Responsible for developing strategic plan for the Retail Channel for each country and region.

 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership and Management
  • Establish high leadership standards for performance and set clear expectations for region.
  • Effective Communicator and Motivator to engage Retail teams.
  • Supervise and ensure compliance with all company policies and directives.
  • Maintain an uncompromising level of business ethics and integrity.
  • Meet or exceed financial projections and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.

 

Operational Excellence

  • Collaborate with current team to assess, develop, track retail KPIs and performance.
  • Develop reporting standards for Distributor and Brazil to create weekly reports for Leadership
  • Actively visit retail stores in market to train, support and recommend Best Practices on Retail Operations, Visual Merchandising, Store Appearance, Selling Techniques and Store Layout.
  • Build Reporting standards in Power BI to shared weekly with Regional Leadership

 

 

Training & Development

  • Required Strong Sales Experience and Product Knowledge to coach and improve teams’ performance.
  • Motivate and support retail teams and provide specific and timely feedback through coaching and corrective action to improve personal and regional performance.
  • Lead by example and empower partners to do what it takes to create an exceptional guest experience.
  • Manage and develop guest service skills of each manager to ensure each guest receives friendly service upon each visit to stores
  • Assess and develop talent within the team for future growth.

  • High School diploma required
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • 4-6 years of retail management experience
  • Requires 2-4 years of multi –unit management experience
  • Bi-lingual: Fluent in English and Spanish, preferred if also fluent in Portuguese
  • Able to travel internationally up to 50% of the time
