Sr. Content Marketing Manager - #1423

The Sr. Content Manager is responsible for all activities designed to reduce the sales cycle by creating awareness, creating a positive brand image and story, providing educational collateral, clearly articulating MeridianLink’s differentiation, and targeting the right audiences for MeridianLink. Also, the role is responsible for internal and external communication strategies and execution. The Corporate Communications subfamily is responsible for all key internal and external communications, executing MeridianLink’s PR strategy, and assisting with internal IR communications. The Sr. Content Manager will develop and create new media content for distribution through online communities and digital or print publications. The role will research, write, fact-check, and edit news articles, columns, editorials, blogs, video scripts, podcast scripts, and/or social media posts. Sr. Content Managers will identify topics that appeal to target audiences and areas of interest. 

  

Expected Duties:  

Sr. Content Managers will focus on strategy and cross-dept relationships 

Responsible for vetting and cataloging audio, video, or other digital media content for online delivery platforms 

The role will approve and creates customized collections to provide a unique customer experience for targeted audiences 

Sr. Content Managers will collaborate with marketing teams to understand brand strategy, creative vision, and strategic plan, ensuring production deliverables meet requirements and act as a point of contact in this relationship 

Expected to understand industry trends and new technologies in the collaboration space that enable employees to be more productive and collaborate more effectively 

The role will develop and maintain a strong communicative relationship with internal departments and external partners 

Sr. Content Managers will act as a leader within the subunit including the management of copyediting-related projects 

  

Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

This position will have a full understanding of the areas of responsibility for this role and perform all aspects of the role independently. The role will have work that includes new, highly complex, or highly impactful to the business. The individual should have complete knowledge and a full understanding of the area of specialization, principles, and practices within a professional discipline. The role will include work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of information requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Work is expected to be done independently through independent judgment.  

Ability to assess unusual circumstances and uses sophisticated analytical and problem-solving techniques to identify the cause 

Ability to resolve and assess a wide range of issues in creative ways and suggest variations in approach 

Ability to devise solutions based on limited information and precedent and adapts existing approaches to resolve issues 

Ability to enhance relationships and networks with senior internal/external partners who are not familiar with the subject matter often requires persuasion 

Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience or equivalent work experience 


Salary range of $78,100-$110,300 [It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.] The actual salary will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
