What you'll do:
- Explore the horizon of possibilities to differentiate PW’s cellular products
* All RAN technologies and deployment types will be considered as field to innovate
* Initiate advanced and unique capabilities to be explored
* Conduct research program individually or with team members
- Simulation and / or lab hands-on exploration and proof of concept of advanced technologies
- High level specifications and guidelines for R&D implementation for selected differentiators
- Consult and escort R&D execution to get your innovation to our products
What you should have:
- MsC or PhD (advantage) in electrical eng. or similar
- 5+ years experience in in development / design teams or equivalent technical role
- 3+ years as architect (system level)
- Strong understanding in cellular technologies, 4G and/or 5G (one of them is a must)
- Architectural and hands-on knowledge with the ability to oversee full system view and business aspects
- Excellent interpersonal relationship
