Get to Know Our Team:

Agoda is seeking a dynamic and analytical Specialized Account Manager to join our One Supply team. As a part of the One Supply team, you act as a consultant to the internal local supply team and our accommodation supplies. You also identify trends and define potential sources of supply to satisfy consumer demand on the Agoda website.

The Opportunity:

As a Specialized Account Manager – China Origin, you will liaise between our accommodation partners and Agoda, focusing on a specialized customer segment and products of strategic importance to Agoda.

In this Role, you’ll get to:

This role is based in Seoul. Your responsibilities will include the following:

Present new concepts and products to hotel and accommodation supplies in the local market, as well as China consumer trends & market updates to show partners that Agoda is a relevant brand in China Mkt

Educate and empower local Supply teams on China market trends, train KPI-related tools, build sales decks, handle CN outbound biz related objections, and share data insights.
Lead China outbound campaign calendar for the local market, coordinating with Marketing /Product/Strategic Partnerships team to enable the Supply team’s pitching
Be the go-to person for the country Supply team on everything China-related
Together with the local Supply team to develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within the accommodation
Direct pitch to undermanaged China outbound HTLs in the region and independently pitch or Co-pitch CN outbound core products
Reporting to Country/Regional TL on KPI progress on China outbound to showcase successes and highlight potential opportunities

Works closely with the central team to establish and implement China Outbound strategies for the local market
Provide the central team with regular updates and portfolio analysis on the pitching status
Gather local Mkt intel to feed China product/Marketing/ Strategic Partnerships /Supply initiatives

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, in any relevant field
3 years’ experience in e-commerce, technology, and internet industries
Adapts well to and is energized by change
Strong interpersonal skills & ability to influence external and internal stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Excellent command of Chinese, English, and local language
