Sourcer - CPH Talent Acquisition Team

As a Talent Sourcer you will work closely with the Copenhagen Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement candidate pipelines for a wide variety of open requisitions across the company.

CPH TA team
Our expeditious growth in Copenhagen requires upscaling of our Talent Acquisition team, based in Copenhagen, Søborg. We are a team of six, comprised of Talent Acquisition Partners, Sourcers and Coordinators. You will be reporting to our Copenhagen Talent Acquisition Team Lead.

The role
Your primary responsibility is focused on identifying, contacting and building effective relationships with passive job seekers, for our Copenhagen site. You will use various proactive recruiting strategies to generate. 
interest in our organization’s vacancies and also build and maintain talent pools.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Identify, build and deliver talent pipelines through a variety of standard and creative methods. Market the company and build interest with job candidates leading to active interest.
  • Promote AGC’s employee value proposition and share additional collateral material.
  • Work closely with the TA Partners and hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization.
  • Review applications, source, screen and deliver qualified and interested job candidates. May assist with scheduling interviews, as needed.
  • Track metrics to analyze and improve candidate pipelines.
  • Optimize sourcing and recruitment processes.
  • Become a subject matter expert in one or more assigned business groups.
  • Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of LinkedIn and alternative search techniques.
  • Partner with Coordinators and TA Partners to manage an efficient model of operation.
  • Recommend and drive improvements that positively impact talent pipelines.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong experience and skills utilizing and leveraging ATS systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Result-oriented professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills who thrives in an independent and visible position in a fast and dynamic working environment.

Education/Experience:

  • Experience sourcing candidates from an in-house recruiting team, search firm, or staff agency environment.
  • Experience developing and executing candidate generation and research techniques.
  • Experience with using LinkedIn Recruiter as sourcing tool.
  • Experience screening resumes to match qualifications.
  • Experience engaging and activating passive candidates.
  • Equivalent education and experience may substitute for stated requirements.

We work in a fast-paced environment, so a willingness for change and proactivity is necessary. Please note that the position is full-time employment based in Copenhagen, hence you must reside in Denmark.
