About the team
The Programming Assistant Team is building a next generation of tools for programmers and knowledge workers leveraging our state of the art programming and conversational models. We are looking for an incredibly strong and self directed engineer to fully own the frontend and interface layer between our models and the users. That role will require shipping early, shipping often and iterating a lot on one of the largest scientific advances of our times, where there is no clear prior work involved.

About the role
As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will closely collaborate with our world-class research teams to build and deploy powerful AI systems and products that can perform previously impossible tasks and achieve unprecedented levels of performance.
In this role, you will design and develop the interface and backend layer of an assistant for highly sophisticated users to interact with our models. Some say ChatGPT was mostly a UX improvement. How can we make another 10x UX jump? It will be the role of this hire to answer that question.

Compensation, Benefits and Perks
The annual salary range for this role is $200,000 – $370,000. Total compensation also includes generous equity and benefits.
