Responsibilities
- Ratings and reviews, respond and follow up on Apple store, Google play, Google maps and Trustpilot daily.
- Create r&r report daily.
- Review social media content from PS21 agency
- Create quarterly trends reports
- Properly answer reviews
- Tracking of competitors in Social Media
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in marketing, communication, engineering, mathematics, statistics or similar domains
- Native level of Spanish.
- Advanced level of English.
- Experience in Digital marketing, e- commerce, retailer sector or marketplace, ideally in CRM or User growth, Marketing
- Experience in Online Business, PPC, SEO, SEM
- Experience in the areas of Beauty, Fashion & Lifestyle
- A team player with strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.
