A Social Media Manager oversees a company’s interactions with the public by implementing content strategies on social media platforms. Their duties include analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions and planning digital campaigns to build community online.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be managing about 30+ clients on a monthly basis broken down into two chunks. You are responsible for understanding the client's goals and communicating them to the rest of the team. Performing quality checks before sending content to your client. You will have a team who will be making the content you need to ensure it includes what the client is looking for. Ensure the client is happy with the performance of their account and set up regular consultation meetings to encourage the client to send more videos, photos, and boost posts.

  • Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand
  • Working with marketing professionals to develop social media marketing campaigns
  • Interacting with clients and understanding and executing their goals. Problem-solving.
  • Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements
  • Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
  • Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes, and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs
  • Managing team to ensure we are meeting all deadlines including QC.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must have at least 1 year of social media account management experience
  • BS in Communications, Marketing/Advertising is preferred
  • Can do graphic designs, who can work with Canva and with all social media platforms.
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational ability
  • Must have excellent English communications skills
  • Familiar with how social media works and has managed multiple social media accounts in the past.
  • Able to effectively communicate with the team regarding the client's needs and concerns.
  • Able to address client concerns and educate the client on how social media works for them to reach their goals. Can work well under pressure.
  • Willing to work on the Pacific Daylight Time schedule
  • Own a Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) with an internet connection of at least 10mbps
