Elo offers a new approach to nutrition. Our mission is to turn food from the root cause of disease to medicine. This is a compelling but complex story that must be told effectively through social media for Elo to be successful. Your key responsibilities include building the audience of consumers engaged with Elo and finding creative and compelling ways to spread the word. This includes:
- Create and lead the go-forward strategy for Elo’s social media presence in existing and new social media platforms.
- Create and manage a content calendar, sharing instructions and needs with others involved
- Develop KPIs, track, analyze, and report on organic social media efforts and consistently look for areas of improvement
- Manage all social media content creation: Some you will shoot yourself; work with designers and influencers to develop the rest.
- Partner with influencer marketing team by providing content guidelines and leveraging content generated by our influencer partners
- Manage day-to-day activities, comments and inquiries across social channels, developing an engaging and consistent voice, tone and personality across each channe
Requirements
- Deep personal experience with creating digital content for yourself and on behalf of brands that you’ve worked with
- Some experience working with scrappy, early-stage companies
- Familiarity with Tiktok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, and emerging channels
- Passion for health and fitness culture and how it’s expressed online
- Excellent written communication skills
- Some experience in data analysis and Figma
- BA degree and 2+ years of experience in relevant roles

- Prior healthcare experience
- D2C subscription business model experience
