The Social Media Manager at Connected Analytics is responsible for responding to comments, creating content and driving engagement across all our social media channels. They lend a voice to who we are as a company and build a strong community of dedicated brand loyalists. Ultimately looking for avenues to continuously increase brand presence and awareness, improving marketing efforts and increasing sales.
Responsibilities will include
- Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business objectives
- Setting, planning, and implementing social media and communication campaigns and strategies
- Working closely with other members of the team such as the graphic designer(s) and copywriter(s) to publish engaging content daily
- Carrying out necessary research and recommending new features to develop brand awareness
- Ensuring brand consistency by overseeing designs across all platforms
- Supervising all aspects of social media interactions between customers and ThankUCash, and ensuring a positive customer service experience
- Building brand awareness and growth by engaging relevant influencers
- Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their goals and objectives
- Developing and Managing communities online by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
- Monitoring SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Monitoring, tracking and reporting feedback and online reviews
- Staying up to date with digital technology and social trends
- Manage online communities acrooss various channels
- Coordinating with the Marketing, Product and Sales teams for better product marketing on our platforms
Good to have (qualifications/skills)
- B.Sc in Marketing, English, mass communication or related field
- At least 2 years proven work experience as a Social Media Manager
- Great knowledge of online marketing channels
- Experience managing content and video marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and other social media best practices
- Time management, critical thinking and problem solving skills
Preferred skills/qualifications
- Successfully built/developed a large online community
- Familiarity with web design and publishing
- Experience carrying out audience and buyer persona research
