Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and updating all brand websites
  • Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content
  • Write clear marketing copy to promote products/services
  • Updating Social Media platforms with useful, relevant content
  • Identify customers’ needs and gaps in the content and recommend new topics
  • Proofread and edit blog posts before publication
  • Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience
  • Responding to all messages on Social Media within 24 hours
  • Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tones)
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the business
  • Submit work to editors for input and approval
  • Update website content as needed


Specific Duties

  • Creating content for social media
  • Updating any information across social media platforms and websites
  • Updating any images of products/files / images when required
  • Implementing new strategies to improve efficiency and performance
  • Understand the business needs and update the website accordingly
  • Liaise with the Marketing Manager/Marketing team, Senior Graphic Designer, and State Manager for projects when required
  • Liase and assist with location managers on content creating
  • Ensure that the workplace, in general, is neat, tidy and a hazard-free zone

Requirements

  • Must be willing to report in our Mandaluyong office
  • 3-5 years experience in social media position – BS in Marketing, English, Journalism or related field
  • Creative thinker who is up to date with the latest digital design/marketing trends
  • Proven work experience as a content writer, copywriter or similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of various digital/social media platforms and algorithms
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English
  • Previous experience with aspects of the title
  • Hands-on experience with content management systems (eg. Shopify, WordPress)
  • Adaptable and willing to learn
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines

SALARY RANGE: PHP 60,000 - 70,000
