Social Media Campaign Manager

Remote

1. Build, execute, and scale social campaigns across all our social media channels & web3 platforms – including but not limited to: Twitter, YouTube, Tiktok, LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit, Facebook, Galxe, Quest3, Crew3 – and continuously innovate on opportunities for channel expansion to further reach various crypto audiences in the globe.
2. Oversee and scale a social media campaign calendar aligned to meet social media channels’ objectives.
3. Create and execute meme marketing/viral marketing/social campaigns across all social media channels
4. Develop organic & paid social campaign standards & processes, and track social actions on each campaign, including but not limited to: impressions, engagements, followers, clicks & conversions.
5. Coordinate the creation and execution of campaigns with social media managers and work cross-functionally across broader cross-department teams to execute campaigns, driving excitement for key products & activities of Bitget and building brand awareness.
6. Collaborate with the creative design team & video production team to develop innovative and authentic content (graphics, videos, animations), ensuring buy-in from internal stakeholders with timely execution & delivering consistent branding tones & messages throughout the campaigns
7. Identify and communicate trends and opportunities through a working knowledge of analytics, 3rd party research, digital trends, and past campaign data.
8. Manage & operate the official Reddit account
9. Use social media analytic tools or third-party tools to track the performance and target of the social media channels, and report it on a regular basis

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, ads or related degree.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in social media campaigns with in-depth knowledge of the digital media landscape.
Demonstrated experience using social media management tools to monitor, report and engage (Meltwater, Sprinklr, Similarweb, Reddit Analytics, etc).
Experience managing relationships with social media platforms, external KOLs, and internal cross-functional departments.
Working knowledge of defining social budgets, strategy and executing paid social activations.
Superior writing and creative skills, such as the ability to translate longer-form thought leadership into compelling, digestible, and brand-consistent social content that drives engagement.
Passionate about emerging social media technologies and creating an innovative, resonating, and authentic brand experience.
Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, or Canva is preferred
Experience within the crypto industry & basic knowledge about crypto is a must.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (binlingual in English & Mandarin is preferred)
