Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·Mastery of Snowflake ecosystem: Data storage, Query processing, and Cloud services

·Providing Solutions: Demonstrated consulting skills, ideally through previous roles and delivery of 'on-site' technical engagements with customers, partners, and vendors. This includes performing 'on-site' sales visits, understanding customer requirements, creating consulting proposals, and creating packaged data solution offerings.

·Executing Delivery: Engagements include 'on-site' projects proving the use of database, data and analytics solutions across 'on-premises', and cloud environments. Customers want to migrate existing solutions as well as develop new architectures and applications in the cloud.

·Collaboration and Knowledge: Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, engineering, and support teams to help partners and customers learn and understand available services. 

Typical high-level architectural deliverables:

· Architectural Decision/s (ADs)

·Statement/s of Direction (SODs)

·Solution Architecture/s

·Reference Architectural Diagram/s

·Reference Implementation Architecture/s

·Implementation of best practices and the documentation of those practices

Essential Skills and Experience

·Experience in architecture, software design, and operations in hybrid environments as well as projects at scale.

· Strong knowledge of AWS-specific services, including Lake Formation, Amazon Aurora, Amazon Data Pipeline, Amazon Athena, Glue, Amazon S3, Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon Relational Database Service (RDS), Amazon Elastic Map Reduce (EMR), Amazon Kinesis, Database Migration Services, and Amazon Redshift.

·Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.

Salary Range

• Full-time, Exempt
• $150k - $200k annual salary, commensurate with skill level and experience
